I purchased a High
Efficiency A/C unit from your company this summer. I had received a second bid which you meet and exceeded, and I was
delighted since I really wanted to support a local business. Whenever I called this past summer, the staff was always
pleasant and immediately responsive. There was trouble with the A/C return pan filling up with water but Josh and Jason stuck
with the problem and ended up installing a larger return which did the trick – no more water in the pan - (doubly good
since it was leaking through the 1st floor ceiling!) When it was discovered that the heating unit had been overlooked
in the bid, Josh took the initiative to contact the office and you all stepped up to the plate, acknowledged it was your error
and would install it in the fall.
Today I had my scheduled Fall Inspection and I was even more pleased today
when Josh and Jason returned (it’s nice to see familiar faces who know the house set up) and Gus – who was able
to give me more history of the boiler and furnace – which he installed and/or has maintained since the 80’s! Gus’s
knowledge of the duct set up was valuable to Josh and Jason when they installed the heating unit, and as always, Josh and
Jason were prompt to arrive, dove into the work and insured everything was working properly before cleaning up.
I
realize that installing duct work and a heating unit added to the cost of the job and no company wants that – but you’ve
gained a loyal customer and I have no intentions of calling any other AC/Heating company than Anton’s (looks like there’s
a boiler in my future : ) ). And I take any opportunity to recommend you to my neighbors and family.

of outstanding service. And again, I want to thank Josh and Jason for their hard work and courtesy. And meeting
Gus was a delight!
