“Nick Lupo is a caring, conscientious, young man who really knows his stuff and takes the time to really get to know his clients. He is continually taking classes to improve his knowledge of the business and stay up to date with the newest and best products. He takes time to get to know the people he works for and explain to them what he has done and what if anything needs to be done.
Nick does not push new equipment on his clients but informs them of how things are working and what may or may not need to be done and what he is keeping an eye on as a product may be getting older. If a replacement or repair is needed, Nick takes the time to explain everything to you and make sure that you fully understand the problem. He then lets you know all the choices you have to remedy that problem and what the difference in costs are to you, along with the time it will take.
We have been using Anton’s for over 15 years and have always had excellent service. Nick is an honest, trustworthy person who cares about the job he does and the people he works for. He has never made a mess in my home and has always taken the utmost care to make sure all is clean when he leaves. Nick is the kind of man you can leave alone in your home and never have to worry. “Just wanted to say what a great job Craig did on our heating and cooling replacement unit. We have a challenging installation since our ductwork goes through the floor and the unit is actually pulling the air from the floor and not the rafters as most units are. He designed the ductwork so it best fits our limited space and makes the system work as it should. The installation crew had no trouble installing the unit to Craigâs specification and everything fit just perfect.

“I have requested Nick since the installation of my furnace/AC. He not only knows of any potential problems from a manufacturing standpoint, he remembers all problems that I have had (without peeking at notes!!) He went to bat for me about a defective switch in my furnace, and was there for me during off hours in the winter when I had no heat. Nick takes his time, explains everything (technical and paperwork) and is extremely good about explaining all options.
He is also very ‘dog-friendly’, which helps because I have one dog who thinks she is an HVAC specialist! I would not hesitate to leave my key hidden somewhere for Nick if I couldn’t be here. I know that my systems as well as my dogs are safe.” -Judy Taylor

“I purchased a High Efficiency A/C unit from your company this summer. I had received a second bid which you meet and exceeded, and I was delighted since I really wanted to support a local business. Whenever I called this past summer, the staff was always pleasant and immediately responsive. There was trouble with the A/C return pan filling up with water but Josh and Jason stuck with the problem and ended up installing a larger return which did the trick – no more water in the pan – (doubly good since it was leaking through the 1st floor ceiling!) When it was discovered that the heating unit had been overlooked in the bid, Josh took the initiative to contact the office and you all stepped up to the plate, acknowledged it was your error and would install it in the fall.
Today I had my scheduled Fall Inspection and I was even more pleased today when Josh and Jason returned (it’s nice to see familiar faces who know the house set up) and Gus – who was able to give me more history of the boiler and furnace – which he installed and/or has maintained since the 80’s! Gus’s knowledge of the duct set up was valuable to Josh and Jason when they installed the heating unit, and as always, Josh and Jason were prompt to arrive, dove into the work and insured everything was working properly before cleaning up.
I realize that installing duct work and a heating unit added to the cost of the job and no company wants that – but you’ve gained a loyal customer and I have no intentions of calling any other AC/Heating company than Anton’s (looks like there’s a boiler in my future : ) ). And I take any opportunity to recommend you to my neighbors and family.
Thank you – I am very content with my decision to use Anton’s and delighted that you have lived up to your promises of outstanding service. And again, I want to thank Josh and Jason for their hard work and courtesy. And meeting Gus was a delight!”
