Meet the Staff
Each member of Anton’s staff is extensively trained, screened, drug-tested and bonded.
Jackie Choc
I’m the new kid on the block at Anton’s. I recently joined the company in September, 2010, after spending 30 years in the mortgage financing industry. I have a bachelors degrees from University of Missouri-St Louis in Business Administration. My responsibilities at Anton’s include, billing/accounts receivables, manufacture warranty claims and customer service. I am a St. Louis native and have 2 children that both attend St. Louis University.
Roger Petersen
Born and raised in Webster Groves and attended Webster Groves High School. Graduated from UMSL with a bio/chem. degree. Served in the USAF as a flight engineer spending a tour in Vietnam. After the military, hired by Anheuser-Busch as a quality assurance supervisor and retired after 27 years as a group manager in quality assurance. Started Hawkmaster Mechanical in 2004. Started teaching HVAC night courses at Jefferson College in 2009 to present. Hired by Anton’s in the position of Service Manager in April of 2010.
Hobbies: Flying, Falconry, BATF Licensed Explosive Operator, Scuba and Ham Radio.
Steve Anderson
I have been in the heating and air conditioning business for 26 years. I am N.A.T.E certified and have been trained in heat pump service including Geothermal. I have a wife named Tracy and 2 girls, Catheryn and Stella. My hobbies include vintage cars, hunting and fishing.
Josh Friedmeyer
Hi, I’m Josh Friedmeyer. I graduated from Vatterott College in 2004 and have been with Anton’s since 2004. I am the project manager and oversee all installs. I have a beautiful daughter that will be 2 in March. I like to hunt, fish, and play sports when I am not working.
Jason Friedmaeyer
I’ve been employed with Anton’s HVAC since 2006 as a installer and service technician. Satisfying my customers’ comfort is my greatest reward. I live in Arnold with our son, Tanner and our pug, Daisy. I enjoy playing golf, hunting, watching sports, and spending time with my friends and family.
Duane Kramer
I started in the heating and cooling industry in 1980 as a helper for Anton’s HVAC under the guides of Gus Anton teaching me the trade, as I carried his tools and learned from Gus I began to learn to service and install HVAC systems. After one year of training and learning I was sent out on my own to install and do service calls. I continue to learn and go to training classes on all the new products coming out on the market today, so I can better serve my customers.
As of now I continue to work for Anton’s HVAC and I am still service calls and installs under the new ownership of Craig Denton, who continues to provide all of his employees with the top of the line training on all the latest things in the industry, so we can provide our customers with the best service out there.
We are a family owned company and striving to provide the best knowledge to all of our customers on the latest technology, so we can better serve their needs. We now provide energy audits, duct cleaning, high efficiency system, geo thermal systems and in doing this we hope to provide the best indoor comfort possible for you and your family.
Nick Lupo
I graduated from St. John the Baptist in 1999. I have been at Anton’s for 5 years and received all my training from Gus, the former owner of Anton’s. I pride myself with my thoroughness and good customer relations. My main focus is my customers. I am married with 2 dogs. I like to golf and be outside in my free time.
Gus Antonoploulos
Born in a small town in Greece, served in Military and Received his Electrical Engineering Degree and Professional Engineer rating from the University of Greece in Athens, Greece.
Immigrated to the United States in 1975, and became an American Citizen. In 1979 founded Anton’s Air Conditioning and Heating. He successfully, managed and operated the company until he sold it to the current owner Mr. Craig Denton, in 2004. Currently is enjoying his ongoing role with the company as a Comfort Advisor and Systems Engineering Specialist.
His favorite pastime is Automobiles of all makes and models.
Pierre A. Simonpietri
Educated throughout the Americas, parents were in the US Diplomatic Corps. Attended George Washington University – Majored in International Affairs and Business Management.
Served in the US Navy Nuclear Submarine Fleet. Specializing in Power Plant Operations, Radioactive Materials Handling and Radiation Health Training.
Project Manager and Field Engineer in Commercial Construction Field. Specializing in Energy Management and Life Safety Systems.
Moved into Residential Construction with Residential Finance.
Now, with Anton’s Specializing in Energy Audits and Energy Efficiency Construction Measures leading to Improved Comfort in your homes including the proper sizing of Home Comfort Systems.
Favorite pastimes are spending time with my children, grandchildren and friends. I am also actively involved with the Lion’s Club.
